What is most likely the cause when I am getting this blue screen when overclocking ?

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

At 230 FSB with my new RAM ??

I was getting those errors because I had bad ram and anotehr time because of a bad video card.
It could be a few things but more than likely a hardware issue, you're not giving us much more specs to go on like how are you cooling your CPU which could be part of your problem( overheating) or how long are you up and tunning till you hit that BSOD ( could be NB).
Also there are numbers that usually foloww that error that may be vital to fixing your woes.

hitting 60 degrees under load............Zalman Superflower........ will get the stop code next time....

crashed about 3 mins after starting up.....

driver conflict.
can you get into safe mode. have you done any driver or windows updates.
does last known good config work.

EDIT: how much are you overclocked. did you adjust the overclock after the new ram. also is the new ram IDENTICAL to the old.

I would try no load and see how long you last.

Zer0s Apex Tech God	driver conflict. can you get into safe mode. have you done any driver or windows updates. does last known good config work.
