Dfi Ut 250gb Low Down!!!

The low down on the DFI UT 250GB!! Well i just ordered the DFI UT 250Gb and the AMD Athlon 64 3400+ with the ThermalRight Xp90 +92Mm Tornado

Now to you people that already have this board. PlS give me the low down on it. Ive read many threads and forums about it. But i want some peoples info on this board.

Some of the Features on this board ive never heard of like. LDT,MAC CPU VID, and some of the mem timmings are kinda confusing for me. Ive been stock on my abit an7 to long and need to understand some stuff before i just jump into it.

I think that DFI makes some of the best perfroming motherboards out there. But they are very trick to overclock if you are not very fimilar with all the settings and what each one actually does. I have read tons of posts about trouble with this or issues with that. I would say that 95% of these issues were end user releated.

Just be sure to do you homework. With that said, enjoy your gear. with a newer 3400 and some good ram you can get some big hurts out of that gear!!!

You'll enjoy that setup assuming reasonable luck in the particular hardware you get.

Having recently made the move for a 32bit setup to the one in the sig below, I found the greatest problem being that no two folks use the same names for things (nomenclature). The AMD64 systems have greater overclocking flexibility (you can really dial them in) once you figure out the silight difference in the technique that allows this refinement.
