Buy a new PSU with that as well, I don't think that the stock PSU will handle all that shtuff.

Also, why not a 6800 GT?

never the less you do plan to OC it eventually, why not just get the stuff you know you will need now. THat PSU will fail on you, i guarantee it. The memory will be a waste of money, it won't clock higher than stock for when you want to OC. ANd for cooling? you could wait I guess though your computer is gonna be a volcano in your room for how hot that stock heatsink is gonna get.

im just saying dont beat around the bush and buy sub par components.
Plus that PDP ram is looking mighty fine. Brainpower PCB and its TCCD. ask anyonre here if thats a good combo

Not for a while? Ya tell that to someone thats not been bit by the PC build bug!

If you can wait for a few weeks to save the $ you will probably be happier that you did or else
your going to end up with parts sitting around after the upgrades.

I recomend the RAM and PSU upgrades too!

Welcom to PR

Well its been my experience that the VIA chipsets arent that great of overclockers. If he wants to OC in te future I would suggest a NF4 chipset. This is just from my experiences i have yet to own a VIA 64 bit board. For the PSU I say stick with a none good name brand like Antec you wont be sorry.

I agree on the PSU - I wold rather have an Antec 400w than a Powmax claiming 1 gigawatt of power........they dont deliver on there promises. There are some good brands that are not as well known but Powmax is definitely NOT one of them........I have had about 6 deads one that cause a call to Newegg. Bad plan, try again.

Wheres my flux capacitor???

Keep in mind that I probably wont OC for a while and if i do it wont be anything major yet.

Im telling you right now save your money up and buy the better psu. I have an antec 350 watt that knocks the socks off any raidmax powermax piece. Also for the mobo if yo plan on overclocking i dont recomend the VIA chipset. Trust me its better to save up now wait a little bit hey the prices might even drop. Then buy the right stuff first. Its always easier to do it firts the right time.

400 votes for one product on one E-tailer does not a great product make.

Good, now at least you don't have to worry about a reliable power source .

Powersupplies are overlooked a lot of the time, and they are a critical component. Buying a power supply from a reputable company is money well spent.
