| Hello pimps i have a problem with my voltage settings and i have a good PSU here is what i have: < 480 watts psu 12 fans (total) 2X 160gb HDDs cd & dvd burners 2500+ oced to 2800+ @2.1ghz 512 ddr ram > the computa runs fine but i dont thing the voltages are right and im afraid i might be risking my computa in danger. here my voltage readings: < 12V = 6.34 v 5V = 4.15 v I/O Voltage = 2.63 v Core Voltage =~ 1.58v > Please help i dont realy know about voltage of these things alot, so please clear it out , and when i run my sys hardware mntor i get massages like : "warning: [12V ] is too low!" how can i increase it what should i do..?? helllp!! | ||

What do u mean busted-it works fine and its kinda new oh and the 12 fans i donno cuz the tmps where too high and so i aded them. do u think i should remove some? and my 12 v is at ~ 6 and its in red color what is that anyways 12V? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Look in your Bios, there should be a page that shows what it realy should read, my guess is your software is inacurate. Try Motherboard Monitor or Speed Fan, then let us know what that shows. http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php | ||

in the motherboard montor it only shows the cpu vcore voltage =1.632 and ddr mem voltage = 2.512 cpu tem seems to be ok @ 40 dgree C. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| That's odd it looks like it's reading 7V instead of 12. Your best bet would to run down to Radioshack and pick up a multimeter to get a definitive answer, because from the looks of it your software is getting inaccurate readings on your rails. Your rails shouldn't vary more than 5% and by what you're sayiung both the 12V and 5V are below the safe range. P.S> In the above post, those aren't what you're looking for. | ||

| To me it looks like your software is junk.. or that looks like thats a fan controler in the pictrue and your running a fan at 6V maybe? Go into your bios and go under temp or PC health.. It will have all the real voltages.. at them voltages your compter would not turn on.. So in fact your software is wrong. Matt | ||
