Post i have a oc ?

i have a amd 64 3000 on a msi neo motherboard with 1 gig of ram i have tryed to overclock the cpu but i dont know how high i can go i went up to 222 fbs but if i go to 235 or more it lockes up whatr should i do so i can make it go overclock it more

You need a new mobo as those motherboards (the oringinal N-Force 3 150 chipset) do not scale past 223 FSB well.

If you got a N-Force 3 250, say the DFI Lan Party UT 250 then you should be able to hit 2.4-2.5 with some above stock cooling.
You may also want to try a BIOS flash and see if MSI fixed the FSB+223 issuem but if they did not geting a new board may be the olny option.

I am also assuming that you have allready messed with the voltages enough to know that they are not holding you back.

I am going to off here because I had a 3000+ 64 bit clawhammer core and it would only go higher than 223 with a new board.

Well what kinda ram are you running? how fast and whats the make on it? But just try raising the Vcore up little by little.. just WATCH the temps.
