Set your cpu to a lower multiplier (try 10), loosen your memory timings which should isolate how high your fsb can go and then keep increasing your fsb until it is no longer stable.

Barton 2500's usually can reach 2.3-2.4GHZ without any trouble, using around 1.7-1.8v.
2.4-2.6GHZ will require 1.8-2.0v with high end air cooling or watercooling

Your PC2700 will limit your max FSB, if it will run at PC3200 speeds (400FSB) you are doing well.

I would use this as a GENERAL guideline, your results may vary, it may require more or less voltage slightly for the speeds listed.

11x200=2.2GHZ (1.7v)
11.5x200= 2.3GHZ (1.75v)
12x200=2.4GHZ (1.8v) usually around the limit for average air cooling
12.5x200=2.5GHZ (1.85v)
13x200=2.6GHZ (1.9-2.0v)

Well, it goes something like this, once again your results may vary
I don't know off the top of my head what your memory timings are rated for, but this is what Zenn needed for his XMS 2700

133 FSB=CAS 2-3-3-6 (Tight)
166FSB=CAS 2.5-4-4-7
200FSB and up CAS 3-4-4-8 (loose)

You might need to raise the voltage also, 2.8v is probably the max for your ASUS board. You may also be able to run tighter timings than listed.

Also make sure your Power Supply is up to the task..a week generic 350 watt will cough and spit once you get much beyond stock setings.
