What all do you have in your system, RAM, PSU, the kind of cooling etc?
What have you done so far in the way of O/Cing?

Up voltage, use better cooling, drop the mult, get better RAM, loosen RAM timings.

Get a new heatsink, then try and mess with the big dogs. And is it a palomino or a thoroughbred, cause if it's a pally, it's prolly topped out anyways.

EDIT: SInce it's a locked multiplier, I'm betting it's a palomino. Is the proc a brownish color?

I know alot of slang, use it myself I do...
But,
you got to write down the stuff in BIOS if you want some help...
whatchamacallits, thingys, and youknows aren't allowed in the O/C world.
They are too vague and could mean anything.
When you have the nomenclature down, I'll be more than pleased to help ya out...

when you replace that heatsink, check to see whethere the numbers are on the blackish part (called the core) or on a sticker on the brownish part.

Ok d%d, up the FSB to 166, up the Vcore to 1.65, and pray you have some PC2700 in your system that actually works. This'll get you 2075MHZ, which is what I'm running at.

Big whoopsie there Ipapirny, Zennzzo wouldn't stear you wrong on OCing.
I do not have THAT much experience and have gotten just over 2.3GHz on my T'bred B core 2000 on a Shuttle AN35/N Ultra mobo....... and this is with sub-par case cooling and PC2700 RAM.
I have learned enough from Zennzzo that even using a different mobo than he is (and reading on other Shuttle forums) that my 2000 can still be pushed farther, probably past 2.5.
Now if I can just win that Corsair RAM giveaway and that TDX..........*dream mode on*

Don't bother OCing with that heatsink of yours, period. you'll just end up with frustration.
