Default OC driving me nuts.

Ok so this CPu is gonna drive me nuts. I have the Barton core xp2600+. I can't for the life of me get this thing to clock over 2200mhz stable. I have tried on my old msi board with the crappy via chipset and now on my new NF7-s with the same results. I can run the multiplier at 12.5 x 176 fsb and it's stable. If I drop the multi I can get higher fsb speeds but nothing over 182 is stable and I can't get it back up to the 2200 mhz speeds. If you guys can lend a hand on any of this it would be cool. System specs below.

athlon xp2600+ barton core (333fsb)
NF7-s brand new last week.
Geil golden dragon ultra pc3200 512 mb running dual channel.
thermaltake volcano 10+ ( ya I know) cpu temps stay under 50C w/folding @2200mhz

If you guys need any specific settings that I am running in bios let me know because maybe I pulled a NOob and have it set up wrong. Thanks for any help.

Voltages are set at.
v-core 1.75
mem 2.7
I tried the vcore up at 1.775 and 1.8 and it didn't do anything but push my cpu temps way up.
Bummer about the ram sucking, everything I read about these before I picked them up gave them good reviews. They are 400mhz chips and I have never seen fsb speeds past 364. It may be the memories fault but I don't see how since they are underclocked at the moment.

have the same problem...heres what i did.
raise the volts memory to 1.9 (look at the nf2 overclocking thread tek wrote) if you are iffy about the volts.forget raising the multi back it down to 10 and raise the fsb.mine is stable at 436fsb and my cpu oc is around 2.2 give or take.Still cant bust into 2.3 range but i can get close.hope this helps some.

I'll have to give that a try with the memory. with the mem voltage at 2.7 it will only clock as high as 182. maybe that little extra will allow it over the 200 mark.

That doesn't seem to help any. vcore at 1.775v memory at 2.9v 10x180 is stable 10x182 get's glitchy 10x184 never makes it into windows. this thing just doesn't like me.
