Default Should I be dissappointed?

This is the best I can get out of my 1700 JIUHB on air...

Should I cry about it or go get water?

I have parts already, did you think I would cry?

Anyway, tell me what you think. memory is sync, 2.5-3-3-11, DFI Infinity Ultra B, SLK-800a w/92mm Panaflo...

CPU craps out at 10x215 if I go FSB...

This one was never too good at it.

My ram's gone 257 sync, 250 in screenshots here on PR.

Oh well, a 2.2 1700 isn't too bad, is it?

DLT3C or DUT3C?

DUT3C...

I've gone to 1.9 Vcore, it adds nothing but heat. So, no overvolting for volt's sake...

Any ideas?

Hmmm, all I can think of is a better fan, do you have the F Panaflo or the H? It should be the last letter at the end of the model number. The H has more airflow than the F.

Dunno that, but my cooling is the sux-the socket is in the extreme corner of the board, and my fan hits both PSU and back case wall.

767 MHz OC... I'll bet water will work better... (hehehehehehehe....)

700+MHz is nothing to shake a fist at Kayin...try the water and see if it makes a difference...might be your mobo holding you back though...have you tried better NB cooling?

[EDIT] Just saw that post...my bad - 767MHz Throw the water at her!!!

Getting parts as fast as I can afford to.

Got rad (needs a bit of work...) and pump, and block and res are the issues now...

I don't see anything to cry about. 730 Mhz OC on air at a fairly reasonable voltage. Whatchu grippin' bout Willis?

I'd probably drop the multi, back off the voltage and run a higher FSB. More memory performance and lower temps. What are temps?

same as I was thinking, lapp the N/B cooler, AS5 it, and get some airflow in there.
The MOSFET's are really close to the N/B on that board too, from what I remember.
This may sound crazy, but I am getting way better O/C's in a opensided aluminum case than I ever did in a steel case.

If you got 'em, you can also slap some ramsinks on the mosfets cuz those buggers get hella hot, especially when overclocking. It can help a bit to remove the heat from them.

You said going up to 1.9 vcore adds nothing but heat, so I don't see how w/c will help.

because I don't have good cooling on other components.
