hi iam trying to overclock my motherboard so i can the best perform out of my pc i tryed to overclock but i need so help how to overclock my pc.

Run CPU-Z --- which kind of 2000+ is it?

The original "Palomino" core overclocks extremely poorly. The later "Thoroughbred" series cores do better.

Either way, you shouldn't expect anything huge in terms of a boost.

Fisrt you would need to write down your full spec of your pc ,

CPU?
Motherboard?
RAM?
PSU?
Graphic Card?

we know that you've got a 2000+ & an Asus board but wich one? #?, model?

now this is a pretty old pc (athlon xp 2000+) what are you expect to do with this computer?
if it's only to overclock for fun then ok but if it's to play games better or make your pc faster then buying a new pc would be best
