| Im just wondering if anyone here has or know where I can pick one up at (not eBay), or am I just asking the question everyone else is asking? I have an AMD 3200+ laying around and I wanna crank up the Mhz (maybe Ghz) on it. I want the NFII Ultra B, you know, the one that is UV green and such? I OC my main machine, but dont want to get too risky with it. I basically have everything except a good mobo, and I want the legend of Socket 462 overclocking ![]() Thanks in advance ![]() | ||

Was going to put in the trading post, but didnt feel like looking for my ISP email address. And it was just a simple question, if anyone here has or knows anyone maybe on another forum that would be selling one. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| They are hard to find, eBay is about all there is. If you watch DIY Street trading post you might get lucky. They are a good board not many like to trade in. Closest I got was a rev A and it gets there but not as good as the B. They are normally pretty pricey to top it off, only because of how good they are and how rare these days. | ||

| I have the Rev. B board. There's no end to what this board can do, it's probably the sole reason why I'm still on the Socket A platform.I can't remember which on but Necro helped me tweak it and I flashed it with a different BIOS that was supposed to fix some things and aid in stability. I have a locked 2600 and it will do 2300mhz all day no problem. Some people argue whether the Abit NF7-S 2.0 was better or not, and in my opinion you get better numbers than the DFI but it isn't anywhere near as stable as the DFI is, and the whole UV thing is cool too. I've known guys who went through two or three Abit boards before they got one that worked well, I've had this Rev. B since they were new. Good luck finding one, they are getting quite rare these days. ![]() Last edited by j-dogg; 29-May-08 at 06:22 AM.. | ||
