2400+ Overclocking

Hey people is this a good overclock...and do you think i could go further?

Um....Back the Multi down and try and crank up your FSB. More FSB gives you better results.

I think its locked....i tryed to change it but it just stayed the same and then the second time it wouldnt boot...I thought only bartons where locked?

I think all of the new chips made by AMD are locked.

There is a way around it....it involves closing some bridges and fooling it into thinking its a Mobile CPU...and then they unlock

I started a thread about it a while back, look in the AMD OC section.

Nice OC there..More FSB will do you good as they mentioned..I run mine at 2370 and 470+ FSB..it scores better on benchmarks than at 2.4ghz and 400FSB
