Default i am so confused!

after upping the fsb, overvolting everything, overclocking my video card, and as usual having as little processes running as possible, i noticed a drop in 3dmark scores. how could this be? if you need any specifics just ask

Some hard ware, before after numbers would help. DOnt ask if we need specifics, it just wastes a post like this one. Just post form the start.

cpu
mainboard
memory
and my video card

those are some readings.
ive got the cpu voltage at 1.525, agp at 1.7, and ram at 2.6. my computer specs are in my sig.
my (horrible in the first place) 3dmark03 scores were at about 1840 after a small vid card only oc, and then when i oced everything else, they dropped to around 1500.

Did you do aynthing except oc? Did you go on some pr0n and get a virus, instal software, switch drivers? Cause it wont just drop from an oc, something else had to happen.

If yuou can, and you really want this score. Declock to stock, reformat, bench. OC, bench. On a fresh system. Or scan it with some virus checkers or something

Try going back to the previuos drivers and see what ya get...
did ya clean out the old drivers before the new install?

Oh IC my bad, Do you reboot before you run each benchmark? After I OC and boot , I run CPU-z to confirm my OC, reboot then run the benchmark. Not all OC's will show a vast improvement.

but the problem was that it slowed down when i went from stock speed to oced. even if an oc might not change much, it still shouldnt go down so far. is there something that might have to do with running things asynchronously or something?

That, I think, would be the likely culprit...something's not in synch. Try overclocking one thing at a time. Set everything back to stock, the overclock your CPU, bench, then overclock your viscard, bench...changing too much at one time can be frustrating bacause you don't know which changes increased or decreased your performance.
