Default The #!/mason/brain Gaming/Server/Video Editing Rig

I am in the process of building my Gaming/Server/Video Editing rig! Well here is the layout of what I want/have!

Contents:
  • Case: CoolerMaster Stacker 832 *
    • Cooling: AeroCool XtremeTurbine 120mm x 3 *
    • Fan Controller: Zalman 6 Fan Controller *
  • Motherboard: Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe *
  • CPU: AM2 5000+ 2.6GHz Black Edition *
    • Cooling: Zalman CNPS9700 110mm *
  • RAM: Curcial Ballistix 4GB (1 x 4GB) *
  • HDD RAID0: WD 250GB x 2 *
    • Cooling Bay: Vantec Vortex x 2 *
  • HDD RAID5: SAMSUNG SpinPoint T Series 500GB x 4
    • Cooling Bay: Stacker's Internal 4 in 1 with 120mm fan *
  • PSU: Thermaltake 850W Toughpower (modular) *
  • GPU: 8800GT 512MB 256-bit EVGA Superclocked *
    • Cooling: Thermalright HR-03 GT w/50cfm fan *
  • DVD: Pioneer DVD+- R *
Operating System:
  • Windows XP Professional (maybe try x64 version)
  • Windows Server 2003 Enterprise
  • Linux Gentoo
Possible Future: (Few years away)
  • Watercooling
  • SLI
  • Quadcore
  • Windows Vista Ultimate dualboot
Well how do you guys think this guy will hold up? Any suggestions? I have to say that I am very please with the CM Stacker the wires wide away better than any case I have ever had to deal with (Antec p180, Antec 900, other Antec, other Coolermaster, etc) and the 850W Toughpower helps out a lot since he is modular. The think I am most excited about is the HDDs! The Raptor RAID0 is going to help me with my compression speeds and the RAID5 is going to be nice for redundancy; it would really make me sad if I lost all those hard days of compressing. (Pictures Coming Soon!)

May as well get a Quad. I'd have said "Go for a Core 2 system" but if you already have they board theres no point.

was just wondering if anyone has gotten a amd quadcore yet? and if so how well do they overclock and run im kind of worried to buy one because they have a really low clock speed although amd tradition was always low clock speed and high performance?
