| I have a Brisbane X2 4800+ that runs at 200*12.5 2500mhz. At the stock settings my memory runs at 358mhz DDR 716 If I were drop the multiplier to 12 I'd have a a 2400mhz CPU but full DDR800 This is due to the nature of the divisor that the CPU picks based on it's multiplier setting. Has anyone looked into what this does for performance? Is the extra speed on the RAM worth the drop on the CPU? I have a 690G based board so OCing the "FSB" isn't really and option? Any tips or insight would be appreciated. | ||
