They have an "Auto" OC option for the new guys...

There is a user guide (PDF) at the bottom of this page:

NVIDIA nTune

To manually use it..would take a while to explain, but basicaly you will need to raise the CPU FSB.

To makee it stable and get a GOOD OC however...typically requires voltage adjustments, and ram timing, ratio adjustments to ge the max from it, you can get a mild OC by just raising the fsb a little bit.

I suggest (If you try it manually) setting the CPU voltage to 1.375-1.4v and the ram voltage to 2.0-2.1v and see how far you can get without messing with anything else.

Go up by 10MHZ increments until it's not stable..then back it down a notch or two till it is.

Use Orthos or OCCT to test stability..they can be found in my links collection at the bottom of my sig.

Make sure you have all the latest drivers for your system. Any system instability will be
more pronounced when your oc gets close to it's maximum.
