I'd like to see an online retailer offer a package:

"For $119 flat-rate, you get one bargain-class ticket round-trip to Los Angeles, a day's rent-a-car, and a map to the City of Industry so you can pick up the parcels yourself!"

It drives me nuts that I could probably hitchhike there and back faster than it takes UPS to get my goodies there.
