I completely understand where you're at (been through a chemistry degree while working full-time)
If there's one other thing that I could add... take 30 minutes out of the day to get some exercise - caffeine and sugar can only do so much for ya, but going for a brisk walk, jog, playing a (physical) game or similar can really help shake the cobwebs and ease the stress levels without making you want to doze off
