I'm not finding anything other than how to setup the two finger scrolling in Vista when you are running it under bootcamp and parallels on a MacBook. However, if you know anyone who's got some decent programming skill on the hardware side of things, it's easy enough to create a utility that'll do exactly what you need.

I'll keep looking, tho, because I'm now curious as hell.
