Since all of the posted stories involved cars, perhaps making it much, much harder for anyone to have the "right" to own one is the real answer. Idiot+deadly weapon (car)= Dead innocents.

You gotta be ****ing ****ting me. Here that is called vehicular manslaughter. They would be doing hard time for that ****. If I ever get hit on my Stingray, they better hope they either kill me or knock me out cold, or they will be in as much pain if not more than me.
