No. At this point the difference between the top blocks is a few degrees, so just get (or don't) whatever. The pin-fin blocks will probably benefit a quad core more by providing more uniform cooling, and thereby a higher overclock, but probably not $75 worth. Personally, I wouldn't buy another block....then again, I dropped WCing for air months ago.
