Alot of motherboars have a feature that will not allow the system to post if it is detecting 0 RPM from the CPU or the northbridge fan.
If this IS what you did, try plugging a fan into the header you removed the antec from, and see if it boots. | |  | |  | |

In this case, however, I don't
think the Antec Spot Cool is a
CPU fan ... let me check ... nope, definitely not!

ps -- after re-thinking FD's comment, is it possible you had the Spot Cool plugged in where the
cpu fan ought to be, so moving it resulted in the system problem FireDemon described?
