Yes you can use a pair of long thin needle nose pliers to get them out, remember you need to push the pin out do not pull them out from the direction the wires goes into the connector that is what i did at one time...

Edit: something else you can use is if you can get your hands on a pair of is forceps they will also work even a pair of tweezers should work.
