Did you pull the CMOS batt for awhile? may be a bad BIOS image. I know on my old NF7-S i would smoke the BIOS 2 maybe 3 times a day
OC'ing (and that was before the nice restore the BIOS from CD if you FUBAR'd it.) Try that, see what happens. Also, try pulling the board from the case and bench building it. Just
CPU, Mem, Vid,
Psu. but outside the case, that way if there is any smoke or anything you can see where it is comming from....
