Unhappy Overclocked a Q6600 G0 on Abit IP-35 Pro now 0x0000007F in Vista, KF CPU?

This was my first attempt to overclock a system

I googled the error code says i might have bad ram. Im using Mushkins XP2-6400, I called a rep because my motherboard didnt read my ram right so had to set the timmings, here are the numbers he gave me.

CAS Latency Time : 4
Ras# to CAS# delay :4
Ras# Precharge: 3
Precharge Delay : 10
Refresh Cycle Time :42
Write Recovery Time: 4
Write to Read Delay: 11
Act to Act Time : 3
Read to Precharge : 5

Mch 1.25 Voltage : 1.44v
DDR2 Voltage 2.050
Dram Spec 1:1:25

Overclocked settings:
Multiplier Factor x9
External Clock: 336
CPU Core voltage: 1.32
CPU VTT 1.2v Voltage: 1.20

I didnt change the ram settings when i overclocked, should i have? I was trying to get to 3.0ghz on the quad, didnt think i needed watercooling since im using a Tunia Tower. I was able to get into windows fine for a few minutes I started to run OCCT and the program crashed after 3mins but durring the test the temps didnt go past 50c. I thought everything was fine so i started to browse the internet, once i had about 3 pages open windows crash, and that was that, cant get back in. I ran memtest86 with both sticks and got 77 errors, but on a single stick running the test they are fine, no errors. Whats going on?

I had a thread in the watercooling section asking for info on overclocking this cpu, heres the link for more info on my system. http://forums.pcapex.com/extreme_coo...tem_owned.html

Thanks, any help much appreciated!
