I'd check out what Danger Den has, I constantly heard good things about them and they have a cpu kit for $170 just make sure you check the drop down menu's below. I'm currently in the process of building two watercooled machines an XBOX 360 and a standard pc. I've been researching for about 4 months. Depending on how easily you want to make your setup, there may be a couple of things you might want to consider, like a fill port and a drain port. From what ive seen they make life way simpler with water cooling. I'd also make sure you have a visible indication of your current fluent level.
I'm not sure how quite that kit is, their are fanless towers but your going to spend quit a bit, their are people here with far more experience then me so just check around or hope they leave you a post.

Their is also a great guide I've read through a few times here (water cooling guild).
