Excellent taste, Serif. Recently I've been watching waaaay too much Ghost in the Shell, but all the series are spectacular in their own right and loves them. My tastes beyond that... vary widely. Samurai Champloo, Outlaw Star, Fooly Cooly... and then the more obscure things, like Card Captor Sakura [flame if you must, I grew up watching it, so it's nostalgic] and my recent favorite, Dema****aa! Power Puff Girls Z, which is basically just the japanese take on the Cartoon Network show, but it's pretty good.
