hmmm I have been having a lot of issues with my
PC but I have had my cards RMA'ed once due to another issue that was part of the process of getting it fixed and its starting to happen again so I may need to look into this... Good luck with yours... you may try just reapplying your heat sink compound to the die and resetting your Zalman... it may not be making good contact or could have to much and causing more of a barrier than a conductor..
