The PVR-150 does not support HDTV.

I'm sure the ATSC-110 includes a hardware DSP since it requires firmware and ATSC takes a very fast computer to demodulate. (Some programmers I know actually tried it. It took a small supercomputer with 8 Britney CPUs and a R410a cooling system to do it - not exactly your everyday PC!) As for a MPEG decoder, it's unnecessary since modern video cards have one built in.
