i dont know the name of the artist, but i think thats about the only person or the record company that you might need to contact, but normally i think they radio station should have itthat is a older song, that was rewritten to the video that kid made

Not sure on the laws but i dont think an AM station will get youa 10k lawsuit, maybe they will get yelled at
