nope........

you are looking for a router that supports dual-WAN connections, and they are expensive as hell...

try this LINK for some examples...

if by "two internet connections" you mean "two computers connected to one internet", then you still need a router...

sure, i know, there are other ways of doing it, but if this is your overall level of understanding of how things work, you are going to be better off in the long run just spending $30 on a router from newegg...
