I am going to start some new websites once i get my ''RIG'' up one which will be my main project is a music portal website with news downable samples and various downloads. Maybe a forum in the future. I want a php portal ''not php nuke'' that is adaptable easilly skinable etc etc. Any ideas?

Also anyone who knows how to install these things im willing you give you a few bucks for it.
