I wouldn't have moved there to begin with if that "statute" was in place beforehand. If I moved in *and then* they imposed that crap, I'd likely tell them they could lower my flag and kick me out of the subdivision right after they pry my guns from my cold, dead fingers... If they survive... "You don't wanna put a flag up? Ok, that's your problem, you communist/terrorist/fascist pig... I'll fly Old Glory and salute her everyday when I leave and come home.
