Question Koolance HD-50-L06 Hard Drive Cooler

Koolance HD-50-L06 Hard Drive Cooler
Price: $54.99

The HD-50-L06 utilizes Koolance's new Hydra-Pak™ soft cooler technology (patent pending). While substantially reducing the cooler's weight, the Hydra-PakTM also eliminates the need for thermal encapsulate required by previous Koolance hard drive coolers.
The hard drive liquid cooler captures heat from the spindle motor and printed circuit boards of IDE, SCSI, & SATA drives.

Does any one think this will work good ???
Does anyone have one of these or something like it ???
Does a setup like this provide better colling than with some good fans?
