I knew alot of people use PHPBB just trying to decide which was the best im just responsible for designing the site none of the hosting options are up to me so im gonna go with the phpbb. I could probably do the twisted python given more time im pretty good in C++ and Java but neither of them are gonna get a forum done. Although my friend did makes some forums in Perl but those arent easy on the eyes and are hell to admin(until he writes the scripts for that too). Thanks for the suggestions.
