www.twistedmatrix.com) has a project that allows you to program servers with Python. It also lets you create a web server to serve files out of a directory very easily. EXAMPLE: in the shell:
mktap web --path path/to/directory
It also supports something called .rpy. RPY is provides similar reults to PHP or VB but it is basically writen in python. I find it very easy to use and HEY, I am 15!
