HERE is how you make it work:
Hook the S-video cable up to a TV after shutting down your PC. Hooktheother end into your 9800PRO's S-video-out port. Press POWER on thePC Chassis. Both TV & Monitor should display BIOS bootup info etc.( if powered on) until you login to windows, after that, go to controlpanel, then Appearance Themes, then into your Advanced DisplaySettings, under Displays, enable your TV.-Wallah!
