At this point, a GT will give you an amazing performance increase ( over 98xx cards) in a few games, where a 9800Pro/Xt will tail slightly behind it on average. For the money and current time, a good 6600GT has about the same price-performance ratio as my 9800SE had when I bought it. Go for a 6600GT to define the major improvement over 9800 cards. |
