Sapphire 9800Pro 256MB
Gainward Golden Sample FX5900XT with eith 128MB or 256MB
MSI FX5900XT (my best friend has this card)
These cards all cost between $190-300USD pending on your budget and personal preference but any one of these would do well with CAD and Games
