Oh man, that guy is in serious trouble. Maybe if it were some small company this guy could get away with it, but i really doubt he's gonna be able to fend off ubi softs lawyers. who knows maybe he'll get some publicity hungry lawyer who rocks..you never know. I would just hate to be in his shoes.
