I've got quite a few fba12g12l fans. Its the same fan except the Ls are about 70 cfm while the M version you have is roughly 85 cfm. Yes they are probably the best fans i have ever owned and I have been using them for years and they keep on going. The power connector appears to be a somewhat standard piece I'm sure you could find one pretty easily.
