tried that years ago & dont like it , i like better vdmsound wich is easyer & most old games works in XP but not the sound so vdmsound was good for that

i dont like to type all these old dos commands , like it better by clicking wich is what i can do in win98
& that is comming from a guy who use to love dos more than windows when it came out (3.11 ,Win95) but since win98se i got used to it & got more leasy but that how i like it easy & simple just clicks ,clicks

the other thing why i like it better on an old pc with win98 is even if you can play a game with dos box on your new machine some games will work to fast & be unplayable , sure there is a program that can slow down your cpu but also increase cpu heat

beside i still got 4 old pc (P1,P2,P3) & couple SB16 , couple 3dfx cards ,one TNT2 & lots of S-Dram , 1x14" ,1x15" ,1x17" spare monitor , 2 old gamepads & 1 joystick (gameport) so i spend nothing on these old pc just my time to put it together & installing win98se
