I found this article through pspupdates.com but found it very interesting. In the article they say that the homebrew scene was dead before the 2.5/6 downgrader but that was not the case. This is a pretty good read if you are not completely into the psp homebrew scene but for those of you who are (phlak wink wink) you will probably be pulling your hair out screaming "Lies! Lies and slander!" Check it out.
