From the looks of the Wii (and other things!) Nintendo's really gotten their act together. I can't remember looking at a next-gen system and thinking "that looks like fun as much as I did watching Nintendo's. Here's a replay

My thoughts:
Graphics may be a bit of a letdown, but oh my god the games. If I'm having that much fun watching Miyamoto and pals play that tennis game, imagine it in my hands. All of Nintendo's franchises look to be in top form and adapting well to the control scheme.

And the "speaker in the controller" idea is brilliant. For those not watching the video, they explained that in Zelda, for instance, when you shoot a bow, you'll hear the thwip in your controller and the sound of it hitting will play in the screen. That's crazy!

And it's also worth mentioning after all the prerendered videos Sony showed us, Nintendo has 27 playable games on the floor of E3.

Also worth checking out are new games for existing systems. Starfox DS, Yoshi's Island 2, Super Paper Mario and many others look fantastic.

Hats off to Nintendo, they might be around much longer than we expected

I like the 360 and I will buy the PS3 despite the crazy ass cost. But the one thing I am excited about is the cost of the Wii. I will for sure buy it right away just because the cost is affordable to the ordinary person. This is were Sony and M$crosoft will hurt during the upcoming console wars.
