I honestly don't think i've encountered it since i played diablo and diablo2 online (long ago). I picked 5% because that's the lowest number on the poll. Also, i might be a bit sheltered by the servers that i frequent for HL2 DM: they run AC and have a 0 tolerence policy for cheating (and are otherwise really nice places for me to get my ass handed to me ).
