As for SLi, don't bother....single card solutions are better and they allow you to use an Intel motherboard, which are generally more stable and better overclockers.
Also consider a bettter cooler. The ACF7Pro is good for dual cores but I reckon you'll only be able to do about 3ghz on your quad. A Tuniq Tower or TR120-Extreme would suffice.
