That is pretty poor....using a Tuniq Tower, my quad @ 3.5ghz, 1.5vCore would do 70c. I had an E6300 last year, I think it only did about 55c @ 3.3ghz.

If OCCT crashed, obviously your OC is not stable. I doubt its heat because Conroes can take 70c, although not a lot more. Have you upped your other voltages? Also bear in mind that the newer E63/64s use crappy silicon, because Intel started using the better stuff for their quads. How old is your chip?
