The second Power supply is held in with a custom plate I made from some spare Aluminum I had laying around and copied off of the other hole, them I cut it out and riveted it in...

IK it's not perfect but It is not really a area that was my greatest concern, as I had already spent way too much time on the front and cutting out holes for the fans, which I must say was a bitch, considering this case is 1/4'' steel and ate through a side grinder blade like nothing, and metal shards suck to clean out of your arm..

Notice My fans are florescent Green, thats what i painted all of my black fans to give them a little unique look.. and the bolts on the top gave it that overbuilt look.. although they are infact holding the top on.. but I think a nice touch
