Post Q6600 Safe?

Hi all,
I recently picked up a Q6600 g0 and i did my first O/C, it is currently @3ghz with 1.2V
.I ran Prime95 overnight with no errors and temp's are idling at 26c full load at 41c(From RealTemp), but i would just like to know if it is safe to run at 1.2V....Also while im at it these are readings from different Temp Programs

Bios:23c
RealTemp:32c,26c,31,36
SpeedFan:22c,16c,21c,16c
TaT:38c,41c
Well you see there all different....Wich one would be most accurate?

Thx
