I would be surprised if one blackout had taken all three out, but it could happen.
Have you tried flipping the switch on the back of your power supply off, then holding the power button to drain any remaining power from the motherboard to see if that would help? I have seen that work before in a few instances. If that doesn't work you might try a power supply tester or voltmeter to see if just the power supply got fried.
